A growing, purpose-driven community in Arvada, Colorado, Grace Church serves individuals and families with vast ministries while rooted in the Gospel message of “hope for everyone and a home for anyone.” With over 2,000 in attendance each week at worship services, this church community needed larger facilities to host and expand ministries. Church leadership prayerfully considered and moved forward with the acquisition of a local Christian high school as a solution to expand physically.
With significant needs for repair and renovations on the older campus, Grace Church needed to rally the community to fundraise to make the purchase successful. Grace Church elders and lead pastors moved forward in partnership with the Steier Group. With a full-service approach, the Building a Center of Hope Together Capital Campaign employed a multi-faceted communication strategy, including video production with effective messaging and an in-house graphic designer. Subsequently, nearly 25% of donors came from outside of the original community database. The Grace community rallied effectively to successfully raise over $9.9 million.
